The owner of a unit in a condominium complex won his case when he sued for damages for failing to have an assigned parking space at the complex. The Court awarded damages to the owner for a breach of his rights.
The Condo owner was represented by Raynard Rigby, principal of Baycourt Chambers.
Mr. Rigby indicated that the case is a confirmation of the rights of condo owners as set out in the declaration of condominium.
